Description:
Help customers
Call clients directly on phone
Work with shipping, USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Able to take orders on the phone
Basic accounting and computer skills

Work with other sales reps, vendors, and suppliers
Answer emails and questions from clients over the Internet
Lift warehouse supply and help load supply on trucks for clients
Organize inventory
Create window and end displays

Recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise

Bag or package purchases when needed
Count money, sort charge slips and balance monies
Maintain sales records
Record special orders for owner
Organize and process merchandise exchanges
Process
repair or alteration of merchandise
Stay current with sales prices
Recognize and monitor security issues
Arrange and display merchandise
Keep merchandise area tidy
Take stock inventory
Request requisition of new stock
Education:
- University Diploma Preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Knowledge of sales principles
- Relevant supply product knowledge and training
- Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment

Other Requirements:
- Manage normal business hours of 8 AM – 4 PM Monday through Saturday as well as other appointments and shipping needs outside of normal hours. This is not an hourly or salary position, because it is a one month project.
- You will need your own transportation and insurance.
- 3 Years or more experience in the construction or retail supply industry required.
- Retail Sales Representative reports directly to the owner. Advancement opportunities and ownership possibilities available after the project period.
- Professional knowledge of construction and industrial supplies
- Experience in a sales and customer service environment
Compensation:
- $1600 for one month paid every two weeks on Friday.
- Approximately 40-50 hours per week.
- Project length is for one month. Career opportunities available after the project.
