Because this is a food processing oven, the bristles cannot be made of any type of metal that will scratch the metal or leave shavings. Compartments have clearance of approximately 4". Kitchen-style floor brooms work but the bristles melt. Oven run at approximately 650 degrees. Please advise if you know of any such product. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
